The board unanimously approved five departmental transfers, including $8,000 to Tax Title for tax takings expenses and $1,500 to the Board of Appeals for outstanding peer review invoices related to the Stone Gate Landing development, with legal proceedings forthcoming against the applicant. Melanie Silva was appointed Office Manager of the Highway Department after two years as a Senior Clerk in the Assessor's office, and Kathryn Molinski was appointed part-time Librarian for Technical Services following one year as a Library Page.
The board authorized the Town Administrator to approve routine vacation carry-over requests within contractual limits.
