Historical Commission · Meeting of April 14, 2026
Dighton Historical Commission advances preservation projects with formal votes. The five-member commission, led by Chair Patricia Gailes, voted to support the Community Preservation Committee's vital records digitization project covering six historic vital record books. Commissioners approved plans for a formal presentation of the Catherine Yelle commemorative plaque at a Board of Selectmen meeting and discussed the expanded Mt.
