Dighton Conservation Commission approves septic system project, continues hearings. The commission unanimously issued a negative 3 determination for Jarren Frade's Title 5-compliant septic system project at 1401 Tremont Street for a four-bedroom dwelling undergoing renovations. The board also unanimously approved Certificates of Compliance for properties at 2231 Elm Street (Zero Elm Street, LLC) and 2162 Horton Street (Joseph T. & Ann Marie Baptista, Jr.), and approved a one-year extension for a project at 1800 Smith Street.
Four development applications awaiting peer review were continued to February 19, including a 26-lot subdivision by Bell Farm Estates, LLC and a water-level project at Muddy Cove Pond by Zeneca, Inc.
