Dighton Conservation Commission approves Center Street garage, hires wetland consultants. The Commission approved living conditions on Tyla Gooch's four-bay garage and septic system at 553 Center Street, clearing the way for construction within regulated wetland areas. Agent Lisa Caledonia confirmed applicant specifications for vegetation and erosion controls.
The Commission voted unanimously to hire Nover Environmental Consulting for two wetland delineations: 2,650 dollars for Victor DaSilva's property at 2689 Courtlyn Road and 1,950 dollars for Joseph Motta, III's property at 0 Williams Street. Two other major projects, the Zeneca Muddy Cove Pond water-level reduction and Long Built Homes' Clubhouse Drive single-family home, were continued to May 21, 2026.
