Dighton Planning Board approves Hart Street two-lot residential subdivision. Applicant Antone P Roderick's 27.8-acre Hart's Memory project gained approval with four board members voting yes and one abstaining, contingent on Conservation Commission and Board of Health clearances. The board approved 21 requested waivers and required a recorded easement providing the town access to stormwater facilities for inspection and maintenance.
In separate unanimous votes, the board accepted Trinity Solar's withdrawal from a contested Briggs Street solar project, extended by six months the deadline for Bell Farm Estates' subdivision endorsement, and closed 21 stale Chapter 53G escrow accounts.
