DIGHTON — Planning Board approves Hunters Hill lot releases and retreat subdivision. The board unanimously approved a $115,798.10 cost-to-complete construction estimate for the Hunters Hill subdivision's infrastructure, enabling 21 residential lots to be released from the development covenant. In separate actions, the board gave final approval to a two-lot retreat lot subdivision on Hart Street for Shawn Roias and unanimously passed an amendment to allow above-ground stormwater management facilities, a change that Stormwater Committee Chair Nancy Goulart said has been approved informally since 2007.
The board also conditionally approved documents for the 26-lot Bell Farm Estates subdivision pending peer review of road costs.
