DIGHTON — Board of Health votes to separate Dighton Stormwater Committee as stand-alone entity. The committee reviewed Stormwater Bylaw revisions that would increase the site-disturbance threshold from 35,000 square feet to one acre, aligning with federal standards. Field work funded by ARPA grant money was completed; results will be filed with the MS-4 stormwater report.

The committee unanimously authorized $2,100 for 2027 calendars. Chairman Nancy Goulart disputed an attorney's claim that the committee lacks enforcement authority.
