Stormwater Committee discusses 2027 budget for spring testing

DIGHTON — Stormwater committee allocates $15,000 for spring stormwater testing as multiple projects move forward. Chairman Nancy Goulart led updates on the Horton Street permits awaiting Board of Health approval, the 2231 Elm Street storage building project now clear-cut but requiring design drawings, and the Bell Farms subdivision with a January 21 peer review from Weston & Sampson pending Conservation Commission action. The committee will contact Jaurice Schwartz from Weston & Sampson at its March meeting for guidance on spring testing recommendations and ARPA funding.
