Dighton Stormwater Committee seeks fixes for solar farm basin overtopping. Resident Frank Crisafulli raised concerns about basement seepage related to design challenges at the MA CS solar farm's retention basins. A Weston & Sampson report found discrepancies between as-built and design specifications, noting basin overtopping that could pose serious danger.
