Zoning Board approves lien on Stonegate Landing for outstanding expenses

DIGHTON — The Dighton Zoning Board unanimously approved placing a lien on Stonegate Landing property. Chairman Zachary Caron moved and Clerk Jonathan Gale seconded the motion in a 5-0 vote. The lien covers outstanding technical, legal, and consultant invoices associated with the Stonegate Landing Comprehensive Permit, beyond funds already in the 53G account, plus interest and fees.
The board also discussed reinstituting the 40B Committee for managing the town's Subsidized Housing Inventory and received supporting correspondence from Town Administrator Ralph Vitacco.
