Dighton ZBA hears disputes at Stonegate and Arborcrest. The Zoning Board of Appeals heard status updates on two major residential developments March 24 in a largely procedural session. For Stonegate Landing, developer Richard Federoff agreed to pay $5,000 toward a $11,818.97 Section 53G debt; the Board limited a proposed workshop to Phase A completion only, requiring a public hearing for Phase B modifications.
Arborcrest Estates faces a neighbor property-access dispute; attorney Joshua Glass affirmed the developer has deeded rights for utility work and proper neighbor notification, while attorney Dennis Murphy argued the access claim is invalid. Board attorney Marguerite Mitchell clarified the dispute is a private civil matter outside the Board's jurisdiction.
