The board approved five motor vehicle and trailer excise tax abatement lists spanning levy years 2023 through 2026, a sewer enterprise lien interest commitment of $22,703.51, and two sets of exemptions totaling $81.28 each, all unanimously.

On the deed question, members concluded the burden rests with the property owner, saying the town will update its property card only after a corrected deed or survey is filed at the Registry of Deeds: "Get this straightened out and come back to us."
